Johnsons Apparelmaster have been granted full Investors In People (IiP) status by the IiP Assessment Panel after implementing process enhancements and undertaking an IiP review, completed in July.
The Investors in People (IiP) Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation's performance through its people, Johnsons Apparelmaster were originally recognised for Investors in People in 1997 & have now had four successful recognition reviews.
Investor in People status brings public recognition for real achievements measured against a rigorous National Standard.
Following on from last years full IiP Assessment, Johnsons Apparelmaster were asked to make some enhancements to their communication and appraisal processes in order to meet the ever more stringent requirements of the IiP standards.
In recognition of the progress Johnsons Apparelmaster has made, the Investors in People Assessment Panel granted full IiP status up to the next assessment in 2009.
