Apparelmaster customer satisfaction survey records highest ever result of 84.4%

Johnsons Apparelmaster have recorded their highest ever customer satisfaction survey result, following the release of results from The Leadership Factor.

The tracker surveys, conducted by The Leadership Factor, measure all aspects of a new customer installation process from the advice given to by the sales consultant, through the proposal & contract meeting customer expectations, to the responsiveness of the customer service team.

Their latest quarterly tracker survey for Aug 2007, amongst new customer installations, reported that 84.4% of new customers were satisfied with their level of service from Johnsons Apparelmaster.

In particular, five of Johnsons Apparelmaster plants achieved an overall satisfaction score of 90% or more (9 + out of 10) which highlights the continued improvement across all of their service sites.

These results yet again demonstrate the outstanding dedication and commitment of the Johnsons Apparelmaster sales, operations and customer service teams at every centre across the UK.

Apparelmaster granted full Investors in People status

Johnsons Apparelmaster have been granted full Investors In People (IiP) status by the IiP Assessment Panel after implementing process enhancements and undertaking an IiP review, completed in July.

The Investors in People (IiP) Standard is a business improvement tool designed to advance an organisation's performance through its people, Johnsons Apparelmaster were originally recognised for Investors in People in 1997 & have now had four successful recognition reviews.

Investor in People status brings public recognition for real achievements measured against a rigorous National Standard.

Following on from last years full IiP Assessment, Johnsons Apparelmaster were asked to make some enhancements to their communication and appraisal processes in order to meet the ever more stringent requirements of the IiP standards.

In recognition of the progress Johnsons Apparelmaster has made, the Investors in People Assessment Panel granted full IiP status up to the next assessment in 2009.

New Food Hygiene Unit At Leeds

A new food hygiene unit at the Johnsons Apparelmaster Leeds plant has just opened. The state-of-the-art unit is specifically designed for the laundering of food industry garments to the highest standards of hygiene, and as such the barrier controlled environment complies fully to HACCP principles.

Nearly £1 Million has been invested in creating the best food garment laundering facility in the region. Operating to the company's unique 'Gold Standard' process, this ensures that the food grade garments enter a controlled 'clean room' environment immediately after leaving the 'soiled' segregation area.
